INTIMACY

KEY SCRIPTURE

Audio teaching for this study will be posted soon.

GREEK WORD OF THE DAY

μένω

menō

to remain, dwell, settle in for the long term.

EXPOSITION

Fruit is not produced by striving — it is produced by staying. Apart from Him you can do nothing, and apart from staying you cannot abide.

PRAYER

Teach me to settle, Lord. Quiet the part of me that mistakes motion for fruitfulness. In Jesus' name, amen.

CONFESSION

"I remain. Therefore I bear fruit. Therefore my fruit remains."

PROPHETIC APPLICATION

Block 20 minutes today that has no agenda except to remain with Him.

DIGGING DEEPER

Count how many times menō appears in — abide is repeated until it is unmistakable.
